I led a comprehensive rebrand across visual identity, messaging, and digital, while launching an annual marketing strategy designed to support long-term growth across new verticals and geographies. Drawing on deep experience in the recycling space, I built a flexible, sustainable brand system activated through Google advertising, paid social retargeting, SEO, and content. The most impactful driver proved to be a highly targeted acquisition email program for ITAD services, generating qualified leads and positioning Arrow as a serious player in a competitive, enterprise-driven market.
