NEACO came to my team as a highly respected aerospace manufacturer whose brand no longer reflected its leadership. With nearly four decades of innovation behind them, we repositioned NEACO from “repair shop” to industry authority—defining their voice, building a modern brand system, and translating it into a sharp visual identity and website. The result: a brand built to lead, scale, and ultimately attract acquisition by JPE.
