Big Daddy's
Brand Evolution & Digital-First Repositioning — Big Daddy’s, an iconic New Orleans–style Creole and BBQ institution on Long Island, called me with a project I don’t get every day—and one I still remember clearly. Having spent years eating my way through the menu and holding a deep personal love for New Orleans cuisine, the opportunity to evolve a place I already cared about was a genuine career highlight. The challenge was to elevate the brand without losing the character and authenticity that made it special. I led a polished evolution of the identity, messaging, and design system, with a deliberate focus on digital. Food photography became the foundation of the work, and with direct access to the kitchen and chef, I produced an extensive visual library that powered social, email, and web—helping Big Daddy’s show up with confidence, crave appeal, and personality across every channel.
